Addictive Diseases Services

Alcohol and drug services address the disease of addiction. Services offered promote an alcohol and drug free lifestyle while customers live in their community. Sobriety allows customers to accept responsibility for their behavior and to maintain self respect.

Admissions
Criteria:

• Age 18 or over
• Agree to receive services
• Court referral
• Meet American Society of Addiction Medication criteria

Exclusions
Criteria:

• Under age 18
  
• Exhibit mental health symptoms as a primary diagnosis
• Dually diagnosed consumers are evaluated and referred to the appropriate level of care
• Consumers requiring long-term care

Services:

• Initial screening and referral to detox if clinically indicated
• Screening and referral services
• Diagnostic assessments
• Crisis intervention (24 hours)
• Nursing assessments
• Alcohol and drug lab screens

• Jail evaluations
• Family, individual, group counseling
• ASAM Level of care
• Relapse prevention education
• Psychiatric evaluation and treatment
